Il pourra ensuite \u00e9mettre un avis et formuler des propositions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La mission de l\u2019expert et la remise de son rapport doivent \u00eatre finalis\u00e9es dans le cadre des d\u00e9lais sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s pour la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019information-consultation du licenciement avec PSE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Le travail de l\u2019expert\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La port\u00e9e de l\u2019assistance est extr\u00eamement large. Ainsi, la loi stipule que le r\u00f4le de l\u2019expert-comptable pour cette mission consiste \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0analyser le processus de recherche d\u2019un repreneur, sa m\u00e9thodologie et son champ, pour appr\u00e9cier les informations mises \u00e0 la disposition des repreneurs potentiels et pour analyser les projets de reprise.\u00a0\u00bb. Il ne s\u2019agit donc pas seulement d\u2019\u00e9valuer la pertinence d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles offres mais \u00e9galement des d\u00e9marches r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par l\u2019employeur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une mission l\u00e9gale.
